Hi there, it's so nice to meet you!


Some things to know about me are that: I am a lover of bullet journals, Most Forms of rock music, anime, and a total meme enthusiast. Most importantly, I am a recovering people pleaser. Like you, I struggled with perfectionism and people-pleasing. I am an AUDHD individual who couldn't figure it out for the longest time. Through my own therapeutic and spiritual journey, I was able to reframe and relearn what success meant and work towards embracing myself. 

As a therapist, I see a person first and then together we come up with goals for therapy. My number one goal is to give you a safe place to be yourself, even if that means you are still in the process of figuring out who you might be.

To be honest, I find that the most meaningful work in therapy is done when it's just two people in a room being very real with one another. So realness is what I strive to bring to each session, I come each week as authentically and as real as I would be with you if we were friends having open, honest conversations with one another.
